1. Returns

- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Certain products such as software, downloadable items, and opened earphones/headphones (for hygiene reasons) cannot be returned unless they are defective.

- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
3. Exchanges
